Agent check-in / check-out — structured inputs (manager-configurable HPAs, tasks, to-dos, reusable deal list), one of each per day, immutable audit trail.
Manager dashboard — daily overview, per-group summaries, side-by-side plan-vs-actual comparison, and full activity feed.
Self-serve settings — managers maintain groups, agents, and dropdown option lists without a developer.
Mobile-first deployment — live on your own URL with HTTPS, accessible from any phone or desktop.
Launch, team training, and a 60-day post-launch correction window.

Validity

This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Payment terms

Phase 1 fixed fee: 50% upfront, 50% at launch. Phases 2–3 are scoped and quoted separately when reached.

Intellectual property

Code, schema, data, and configuration are the property of Punta Pacifica Realty on delivery. Detail on page 2.

Deductible investment

Positioned as a business investment for the owning entity. Confirm tax treatment with your accountant.

Running costs

Hosting and Phase 2 AI usage are billed directly to your own accounts at cost, with no Growthsquare markup. No recurring fee at signature.

Guarantee

Corrections at no charge for 60 days following Phase 1 launch. Optional support & maintenance introduced once the system is live and stable.
